i'm from Quebec (french), and get this error.

setting the xbox one to french canada, we can't access the marketplace game tab.

setting it to english/Canada...i can access it without problem now.

so this is not the Xbox One, it's Microsoft fault.

They mess up something when setting the black friday deal, since all was working fine before that.

if your Xbox Live Account is a Child account then only the Parental account is able to change the settings for your account.

Which means that the parental account needs to sign in and when that account is signed in they are able to change the settings for the chlid account.

 

That's because you have a child's account, you'll either need to sign in with the parent account or change your settings which will also require logging in to the parent's account.

Normally it should allow the profile to stay on that page. Please go to
Microsoft family. If the account is asking for an adult then that means it is a child account, but if it does not then it is an adult. The thing is, if the account was created as a child originally then later changed to the adult age then it will not recognize
that it is an adult.

Also, what is the exactly link being entered? For instance, what webpage are you trying to access?
