    Can not access my xbox one!!!


    I need to speak with a person. I can not access my xbox due to forgetting my password. I have a gmail address linked to my xbox. I started off as . Then something happened and I ended up being 1. I had to stop using
    because one of my games malfunctioned and I was never able to use it again under that gamer name. I bought another of the same game and have been able to use it under 1 until now.

    Now I am unable to use my xbox at all because it no longer takes the password I set up when I first began using the xbox. I am so frustrated and have been trying to figure this out for months and months.

    Can someone PLEASE call me and/or give me a phone number where I can talk to another human???

    XBox App on PC doesn't find any installed games (there are 8) and can't install new games.

    it is a internal one,

    i can still use my hdd, i can access my pictures, documents and other stuff,

    Steam, Origin, GoG, Epic, everything works and can access the data,

    Only the Xbox App can't access anything.

    It's so odd, I can access it from my Xbox One, but have no ability to access it any other way. That means they recognize my gamer tag. How strange.
