    Can no longer upload custom pic


    I decided I wanted to change my custom pic today using the Xbox app but, unfortunately, i got a message saying "Because of your past behavior, you can't upload custom images. Learn more at https://enforcement.xbox.com." This "behavior" occurred back in May
    and I was banned for a day. Note, I have been changing my pic every since it was released to Xbox members. And this has now just happened. Does anyone know why?

    How to allow a custom profile pic for my child?

    Does that mean there is also no way for a parent to upload a custom pic to be used for the child account?

    Problems with custom images

    so I’ve been trying to upload custom images for my gamer pic but recently it’s been telling me “because of my past behavior you can no longer use custom images”. But I don’t remember doing anything at all that would make it say that.

    Can anyone help me out?

    If a custom gamer pic violates the terms, i believe it can no longer be changed to another custom pic.

    You can only change to custom pic using the console. The app on Windows and mobile no longer support custom pics.

    The Xbox console companion app no longer has that feature, since the app is being replaced by the Xbox app. The only way at this moment to upload a custom gamer pic is with the Xbox One console.

    Currently there is no way to allow child accounts to upload a custom pic.
