Can no longer switch tabs in the guide with LB and RB when in a second layer.

Sent mine on 28/05 and it was delivered on 02.06. I guess its just a waiting game.

Out of interest why have people sent their controllers in for repair? I sent mine in because the RT tigger started developing a sticky press, that was my second series 2 controller to do that.

My first controller, RB kept double tapping rapidly -- only really noticable if you flick LB/RB/LB/RB/LB in the xbox guide it skipped over 2 tabs, I believe this also caused some random ****? moments in games.

Second controller, RB kept double tapping again and when I tried to ignore it a couple of weeks later the Left stick started registering movement really slowly, like move forward in CoD etc and the character would walk 2-3 paces before running.... noticed
in the Xbox Accessories app rather than being 'darty' type movement like the Right stick the left just looked like it was moving through syrup.

I've experienced the same problem but found out while playing crash bandicoot that it's lb and rb. I checked to make sure and according to the guide I found its lb and rb. Hopefully this will help!

right go to system > storage > hdd > profiles and delete your profile only, then go back to system > storage and clear the cache by pressing Y

then press the following LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X

select yes to clear the system update

reboot the xbox, press the guide button and download your profile again

and it should work

Press the Guide button  on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

Select Configure Network.

On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

Then Please go to Settings> System> Storage> Highlight Hard Drive and press LB RB X LB RB X.

turn on your xbox. and when it asks to update decline it. then wait for the xbox dashboard to load up. go to the settings tab and go into system settings section. then go to memory and do the following button combo. X LB RB X LB RB X and press yes. let the
system restart. now try and download the update again.
