Can my account get unperma banned

- Type "Talk to Support" or speak to an agent.

- Select or type the appropriate option, such as "Account issue"

- Wait for a response, and you should be presented with an option to chat or request a call. Please note that it may take several attempts due to queuing or workload before you can reach someone on the team.

What was the reason for it? Did someone use your account?

Should be noted it's is only given on severe and repeat offences

I have been banned for about a year now
