    Can Minecraft Cloud saved games be transfered to Xbox One?


    Hi all, I am getting an Xbox One for Christmas and in the meantime, I am selling my Xbox 360. Therefore I will not be able to transfer my saved games one bye one between the consoles as Microsoft suggests. I have just uploaded several games to the cloud
    and was wondering if it was possible to download these to the Xbox One once I recieve it? Has anyone tried this or knows a reason why this might not work? Thanks for your help J

    Turn on cloud saving in the 360 menu so when you get a One his saves will be there for backwards comparability.

    I guess you then need to play each game so the game saves go to cloud?

    Then take the whole lot down to CEX or eBay and get a One for Xmas!

    You won't need or want the old machine, well I didn't.

    Get game sharing and foreign store purchasing and don't look back.

    Lost all of my saved game data

    So i transfered all my games to an external hard drive in case of a fire, in never put my saved game data on the cloud or backed up my xbox. So after i transfered all the games over i was very stupid in thinking that the external hard drive could how both
    ps and xbox game data so i plugged it into the ps4 to save my new spider man game on it. After that i plugged it back into my xbox one and all of the saved game data was gone. Is there anyway to get all that saved game data back without having to play through
    all of my games again?

    Yeah that'd probably happen, but It would be even better if you can transfer your save from your 360 to your next Xbox

    [/quote]That was one thing the killed it for me from the Xbox/360 transition. No save transfer! In this day and age with cloud storage, this should be possible. I'm hoping, but I'm positive, that we'll be able to transfer out saves. All you need to do is
    transfer your saves to the cloud! Now, your game saves can be a part of your gamertag, which is awesome.

    Yes, any game saves created on the Xbox One will be saved to the cloud (once connected to the internet), and therefore will transfer to your next Xbox One console.

    The original Xbox games saves cannot be transferred. You will have to start those games again on the Xbox One if you want to play them. As for the Xbox 360 game saves, they can be saved to the cloud using the xbox 360, and they automatically transfer over
    when you play a 360 game on the One. All saves on the Xbox One are stored on the cloud, and on the Xbox One. You can find the saves for each game by highlighting your game on my games and apps, press the menu button on controller and select manage game, and
    from there you can find your saves.

    Hi, You can't transfer your Xbox 360 saves to play on Xbox One games, except for games that have that function, eg Minecraft. What you are talking about currently is for Xbox 360 backwards compatibilty on the Xbox One. What you do is move your save on
    the Xbox 360 to the cloud, so you can access that save when playing the same Xbox 360 game on the Xbox One.
