    Can Microsoft take my Halo 4 data from an old Microsoft account to a new Microsoft account?


    For the past 2 years I've been playing Halo 4 under a different Microsoft account. I've ranked up to a SR56 and I don't want to start all over again from an SR1. Can Microsoft transfer the data from the old account to a new account?

    Removing and Xbox Live account from a Microsoft Account

    Hi

    I already have an Xbox live account that is registered to a Microsoft account but I wanted to change the Microsoft account that it is registered to.

    I set up a new Microsoft account but somehow this has now been attached to a new Xbox Live account so I now cannot register it to my old Xbox Live account.

    How can I remove the new Xbox Live account from my new Microsoft account so I can register it to my old Xbox live account?

    Unfortunately no. Data cannot be transferred between accounts.

    So not even the tech guys at microsoft can transfer the data? I know I can't do it myself and Microsoft can't transfer the data either?

    Well I guess I'll have to accept the fact that I need to start from an SR1. Whether I like it or not. Thank you for your help.
