    my friend saw that my PC Pass was gonna expire so he sent me a $15 Dollor Gift card to renew it but if i try to use it it keeps telling me that the region im using and the currency region dont match, how will i use this extra cash on my account, or get it converted

    i have good news for you, by going to the Microsoft gaming section and requesting to talk to an agent, they processed the payment on my behalf and it is now working as intended, thanx very much for the help

    Your friend shouldve read the warning about the region locks on gifting

    And no he can't refund it because you redeemed it
