Can Microsoft allow File Explorer to support mcpack file addons for Minecraft?

On PC and Mobile devices the Minecraft app from the Microsoft store supports mcpack addons, You can download recource packs and behavior packs together direcltly into the game Itself. Minecraft users on xbox one are left out and can't use addons downloaded
from the Microsoft Edge app. Mojang is even adding a new mod scripting api for the community to make mods for the game. All the addons that are that are made from the community are currently not accessible to people on Xbox One. On all other devices, selecting
the mcpack file in your folders will give you the option to "Open with Minecraft". After you select it it will launch the app and start importing the addon into the game. After its finished downloading it will show up on your in game settings in "global resources".
This will allow you to enable the recourse pack addon in the menus which will allow you to use your preferred textures on multiplayer and on any world. I have some resource packs on my phone which I wish I could use on my Xbox One. On the file explorer app
instead of saying "Open with Minecraft" it shows this message below. Selecting "yes" will take you to the Microsoft Store and will say "No results were found for this filtering" Keep in mind that mods "Behavior Packs" can only accesed on your own save files.
Recource pack addons only changes the in game textures and can be accessed at any time since recource don't effect gameplay.

Consoles are typically more of a closed eco-system. Usually a system has to be put into place to implement to have officially approved add-ins that can installed through the Microsoft store and implemented through the settings in game.

Minecraft on the console does not support modded files. Using them violates the code of conduct/terms of service.

Download a texture pack (also known as a resource pack) in a compatible format such as .mcpack or .zip from a trusted source. Make sure the pack is designed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Open the downloaded texture pack file. It should automatically open with Minecraft Bedrock if you have the game installed.

Minecraft Bedrock will import the texture pack and prompt you to apply it. Click the "Apply" or "Activate" button to enable the texture pack.

If the texture pack doesn't automatically open with Minecraft, you can manually import it. Copy or move the downloaded .mcpack or .zip file to the following location on your mobile device:

Android: Internal Storage/games/com.mojang/resource_packs

iOS: On iOS devices, the process requires a file management app like Documents by Readdle or iExplorer. Move the texture pack file to the "games/com.mojang/resource_packs" directory.

After moving the file, open Minecraft Bedrock and go to "Settings" > "Global Resources."

In the "My Packs" section, you should see the imported texture pack listed. Tap on it to activate it.

Microsoft removed file explorer so i am trying to find a work around.
