Can it be fixed?

Hi, for some reason, it isn’t the Xbox app, it’s roblox itself. I’m on Windows 11, and it still doesn’t work. Can it be fixed?

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

as they offer Xbox Support on Insider program and someone may have a solution for you

Is your console a pre-owned one? If so open the Insider Hub app, go to settings on the app Landing page and select "manage devices" You should see a list of devices in the program, on the right. Check yhe box then select done. This will initiate putting
the console back on to a public build

Can you completely close the app by going to home and oressing the menu button on the apps icon and selecting quit and try again?

If still the same issue power cycle your console by pressing and gold ng the Xbox button on console for few seconds. Once it shuts down, remove power cable from back and wait for 10 seconds. Connect power cable again and start your console.

Also, please note that if you remove yourself from insider program your console will get factory reset.
