    I understand you need help on your account suspension. Have you already tried to file for a case review and see if you are eligible? You can only do this through case review in case you want to dispute the suspension.

    I understand and yes it is true that customer support could not help with this but only through enforcement. Just make sure to check the option to file for a case review since that is only the option we have.

    It shows me this, i know this is only 4 days but as i said my Gold have only 2 days and I want achievements, and everyone would get mad too D:

    No, the ban is imposed on the Microsoft account and will not be lifted when the Xbox One is released as the entire Microsoft account is permanently banned.
