    I know I'm not the only person with this specific issue but I've seen so many conflicting answers regarding this! Excuse the narrative format - it's just easier to present my scenario.

    Basically, I've had an Xbox One (original version) for a good few years now - and I've picked up a Series S on All-Access as it was too good of a deal to pass up as I was already paying for Game Pass. Great. I'll keep my Xbox One for my physical library
    and use the Series S for my few digital games and access to Game Pass.

    My 2 daughters are playing Unravel 2 on the Series S (they've both got MS accounts signed in) - so I'll just fire up the Xbox One and carry on playing my disk version of Far Cry 5. I can't; apparently I'm signed in to the Series S. Hmm - well neither of
    the controllers is set to 'me'. Not to worry, I'll just open up the menu on the Series S and make sure I'm signed out...

    At which point of course Unravel 2 stops working - apparently the game's 'owner' needs to be signed in!

    So basically, I can't play my physical games on my older console if my daughters are using Game Pass on the Series S (even though I'm not using Game Pass games on the Xbox One!). The ONLY solution I can see is that I wipe my Xbox One and sign in with a new
    MS account, losing all of my save games, achievements and access to my digital purchases. The last bit stings for me as I'd rather keep my 'older' games on the older console.

    I don't know if I'm looking at this problem the right way. Any suggestions gratefully received!

    HI there

    There is a thing xbox do called game pass ultimate that has xbox live gold, game pass for xbox consoles and game pass for PC all in one subscription for £10.99 a month

    Also if you set the xbox account as the home console on the Xbox series S then that console and the old console will be able to use the live at the same time without paying anything xtra.

    Game Pass Core is just an online subscription, so if you purchase Game Pass for Xbox, you do not lose Game Pass Core, you will have both subscriptions at the same time. If you cancel Game Pass Core, then you will lose your Xbox One/Series X|S Games with Gold Games.

    Do you mean an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S? The game is not available for the One.

    The game plays the same with or without Game Pass. You would just need Gold if you wanted to play online multiplayer.

    If you are trying to do it on the same profile, then that is not possible. Profiles on Xbox One & Series X|S can only play games on one console at a time.

    If you are trying to let someone else play your Game Pass games on a different console at the same time as you, then you need to make the console that you want to share the games on the Home Xbox using the account that has Game Pass, then anyone with a different profile can play those games at the same time as you.

    Bear in mind the Home Xbox setting is only meant to be used in the same household, as using it with someone else not in your household can result in a suspension or ban.
