Can I use windows 10 DLC game keys on windows 11?

I want to buy a windows 10 DLC key for my friend but I don't know if they can use that key while they use windows 11.

As long as the number is equal to or larger than the requirements, you should be good to go on anything from the last decade or so.

I'm not sure what you mean. There are no Windows 10 only games or DLC, likewise with Windows 11.
