Can I use this as my gamer picture? I personally don't think anything is wrong with it but...

We totally understand that you want to change your gamer Pic. However, we are not able to double check picture here since we do not have the option to.

Xbox has specific guidelines for gamer pictures, and they do not allow any images that contain nudity, violence, or offensive language. A personal gamer picture is when friends view your profile or when you play a game where you can use your gamer picture you can pick to use your personal picture. Your general gamer picture is what everyone can view and will apear on people's friends lists.

The whole system isn't clearly explained anywhere so i hope this helps

Both Personal and Gamer pictures are the same, they have been the same. I just want to know why I have a gamerpic that I did not buy showing as my picture. On my xbox it shows correctly, everyone else its wrong,
