Can I use the same Xbox/ MS account for 2 steam accounts?

Only one Steam account can be linked to your Microsoft account.

So, I have to change to another xbox/ MS account if I want to link another steam account?
Does changing the xbox account will automatically change the microsoft store account?

MS has nothing to do with your steam account you just linked your ms account for matchmaking but it's still logon with steam

I have already tried everything you said but unfortunately I couldn’t recover the account.

So my question is : are those games (the ones linked to my Microsoft account) inaccessible without a MS account even if they are steam games ?

And if yes, Can I buy them again with the same steam account and different MS account ?
