Can I use PC game pass and Console game pass with one account?

While you can share Game Pass features on an Xbox console with other accounts, you cannot share Game Pass on the PC. Only the account that purchased Game Pass can use in on the PC.

Sorry to hear it. I'm afraid that although the Game Pass can be shared on the Xbox One console it cannot be shared on the PC and you must use the account that purchased the pass to play the games

Yes, you can play on an Xbox console and a PC simultaneously with the same account using Game Pass Ultimate. I have personally done it in the past without any issues since they are different devices. The only thing you cannot do is play on two Xbox consoles simultaneously with the same account or play on the Cloud and on the console at the same time.

So if I have pc game pass for my pc and I have a console with no subscriptionbeing paid on it, will the pc game pass make it so the console has the game pass subscription to or do I have to buy a separate game pass for the console?

Game Pass features are shared via the "Home" setting on consoles. There is no such feature on PC. Only the account that purchased Game Pass can utilize the features of Game Pass on PC.
