    Can I use my xbox one with this monitor?

    It will work but you will only get 60hz using the Xbox One. Not achieving the full potential of the monitor, probably paying a lot of money for a set of features you won't use unless you share the monitor with a PC with a decent graphics card.

    Maybe look into an LED IPS panel. They do have slightly higher response times last time I looked. I haven't been keeping up with monitors for some time now though.

    the only issue you may have is the strength of the internet, but if you mean hardware issues, just because you are going to a different country, you should not see any issues.
