Can I use my UK Series S console in the USA? My console needs a holiday.

Since GT regions can not be changed you would need to start a new account if you wanted to use the USA market place.

You will still be able to use your UK GT on a USA console and play the games, but would still only have access to the UK store.

Also some DLC is so region locked that is you have to match all Regions for it to work.

Say COD:BO if you had a UK account and a USA game and a UK xbox - you could not get some map packs to work.

Short answer, Use your UK account till it is expired, then start a USA account.

Long answer, Start a USA account just to download DLC and keep using your UK items. (Until a game is released that is region locked and you need a USA console to play)

Right now i reside in Latin America but my XBOX Live account is from the USA, i own an American (US) XBOX 360 console that i purchased when i resided in USA
I decided to switch regions to download the most complete version of the game "Dead or Alive 3", so right now my account is set in the UK
Thanks for your answer, the game is listed as "XBOX Originals", in other words, a game of the first XBOX console and it is backward compatible with XBOX 360, XBOX One and XBOX Series consoles
XBOX One and XBOX Series owners switch regions freely and are able to download the game with no compatibility issues at all, so there's a chance that the UK version can be playable in other regions consoles, do you get it?

Back to our issue... I downloaded it on my Series S, from gamepass.

My console is in the region Brazil and language English UK.

And weird enough, the game is in English on my console. :/

The 100+ Arcade Games are included in "DLC Content" (Downloadable Content), they are tied to the gamertag, and that XBOX.

If you plan on using the same XBOX 360 in the UK you will need a new power supply as well since US / UK have different power voltages and the games you get from the UK are in a different format as well.

USA = 120 V and UK = 230 V, they are not compatible with each other so you'd need to get yourself a new power supply if you intend on using the same XBOX 360.

Games made in the USA (and compatible with USA consoles - NTSC Format), Games sold in the UK (and compatible with UK consoles - PAL Format)

So, please be mindful of that .

Since you say you already tried the troubleshooting steps from the support website with no success, I'm afraid your console really is broken.

You can try to sign up your console for a repair at
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com, however, since you say it's an original Xbox One, Microsoft doesn't service these devices anymore, and even if, for the cost of a replacement console you could almost get a brand new console.

But also take into account, that during holiday 2020 they are launching the new Xbox Series X console. So if you're living in the US or UK, you could benefit from their
