Well first either you install steam or ds4win as sony doesn't supply or give out info about.dual sense

But dual shock nor dual sense work without third party programs due to sony which they mentioned in the trial that Sony doesnt want to give out info to competitors

As mentioned you need to install the drivers for the controller via ds4win or steam

Keep in mind ps5 doesn't have play anywhere you need to buy ps5 titles on steam not ps5

Also laptops don't have hdmi in its most likely output only you would need remote play for.ps5

After pairing it, perhaps the game you start does not have compatibility, if not, you will need to install a program that allows compatibility.

I am using a laptop to play games.

I bought an xbox series controller.

It's connected to my laptop but games are not reading the controller. Meaning the light on the controller is solid and the controller shows as connected in Bluetooth but I can't play games because the controller is unresponsive but only when in a wireless state but functions well in a wired state.

The problem persists on another laptop BUT NOT on my mobile devices.

PLEASE HELP!
