Can I use a one for all gift card to buy a game on the Microsoft store

I dont know exactly what you mean but all microsoft gift cards can be used on an xbox or pc.

For example: you can use a microsoft store gift card to buy an xbox game and vice versa.

I had the same experience too and i still use gift cards instead of credit cards to get my gamepass/gold memberships and many virtual games.

I originally wanted to purchase games on the Microsoft store with

my one4all card. I checked the website to which said "Once redeemed your gift balance will be available to spend at Microsoft store online, on Windows and on Xbox"
