Why doesn't Microsoft add the ability to record audio on a USB 3.0?

PS4 can record clips up to 1 hour without a external. And can have the option to include your audio along with peers. Then export it with a USB onto your computer and edit. Xbox can only record up to a max 10 minutes internally. That's why if you can add
a external - USB 3.0 recording up to 1 hour is awesome. But it lacks the audio option?

How much space does 1min or 1hr of 4k 60fps Game DVR footage take up?

    Hey there, X Kalmon!

It really depends on what game, whats happening in the game etc. Additionally, in order to record a 1 hour game clip, you will need some form of external media

Such as a USB stick, (must be 3.0 or higher)

Can I use any type of external hard drive or do I use a particular type?
Any drive that is USB 3.0 and a minimum of 128GBs should work.
