Can I undo the new home page update, it's terrible half the bits I used are missing can I...

The new Xbox home screen sucks. There was nothing wrong with the old screen. It was perfect. Now I have no control over my home screen and you control what context to push on my home screen. Every month, your going to push context that I have no desire to see on my home screen. I will not allow this to happen. I am going to sell my XBOX and switch to PC gaming (steam games) if you do not undo your changes.

They CLAIM it was done out of user data recieved.

And that's B.S. and they know it.

Figure it.

You sell a billion Xboxones and when 5 million people answer a survey and 3 million tell you they want a new home sreen, you say HEY MORE THAN 50% WANT IT, so you appease them and basically say Too bad you .995 billion people, you should've taken the survey.

This new bunch that has taken over Microsoft care nothing about the people who want and like things as they are, who like to have control over their own lives, and don't like ads and others opinions and wants, shoved under their noses and chins.

Microsoft would do better if they stopped trying to run everyones life.

When I want to buy something I'll buy it.

When something that I innocently look at on the store shelf, all of a sudden ends up on my home screen, it screams invasion of privacy.

Wiukd YOU like someone following you at the grocery or department store. You pick something up, put it down, go home, then later that day you open the front door to your Home and there's a guy there with it in his hand "SAVE 5% TODAY ONLY".

IT'S NOTHING BUT TACTICS TO SELL SELL SELL.

Like a used car dealer.

Also, we have a generation who say their all for the planet, yet look at hundreds of millions of people that throw away ads every day, from the mailbox to the bucket, without a glance. And more keep coming.

Why Microsoft, in this click click digital age hasn't given that choice to its users, is a tell tale sign of just wanting to be in control.

I WILL NOT EVER, no matter what the discount is that's offered, BUY ANYTHING from anyone, that shoves it in my face.

yeah man that doesn't help in the slightest. its full of stuff we can't change, can't customize and don't want. pass the word up your chain that whoever wanted this really screwed the pooch because if we wanted to see ads for things we didn't want we could go to another place. everyone hates ads even if they are game related ( for now ) when I turn my Xbox on its not to see ads its to quickly select a game and chat with friends. all Microsoft did was slow that process down and make it annoying to navigate now. really makes me want to go back to steam full time.

You're not the only gamer with gripes towards the new dashboard home page. I suggest you give your feedback via the Xbox insiders Xbox request page https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/wiki/xboxrequests/. As for undoing the update, it's not possible.
