Can I transfer shark card money accidentally bought for Xbox one instead of the series x

The option page is very misleading. When I had first viewed the shark card page after using the search bar, I clicked on the first megalodon shark card, viewed it and left for work. I came back home, re opened the store, searched the shark cards, clicked the first megalodon card, and bought the card. The funds did not arrive. I then notice it was bought for Xbox one. I assume maybe there was a mistake on my end but there’s not a reason for that to even exist considering I’m using a series x console. I then look at my history and the first shark card I had looked at before I left for work was in fact for the series x and the shuffle of shark cards changed so I’d buy the wrong one?… Idk I just want my money in my series x account because I don’t even have Xbox one anything so I don’t know where the funds went. Please help.

Ps. When I search the shark cards again it shows the Xbox one cards first and then four rows down it’s the series x|s cards. This isn’t very nice.

Did you make sure to get it for your version of the game?

There is shark cards separately for both the xbox one and xbox series x/s versions of the game. So if for instance you accidentally purchased the ones for the xbox series x/s version of the game but only play on xbox one than that would be one reason for it not showing up.

Sorry, you've mentioned that you have purchased the Megalodon Shark Cash Card that is for Xbox Series X|S, but the one that is for Xbox Series X|S is "GTA Online: Megalodon Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)"
