    I accidentally bought the minecraft legends deluxe skin pack for the wrong user on windows 11, on the xbox app, is there a way to transfer it or to at least get a refund?

    I apologize but there is no option to transfer but you can definitely request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refund.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Minecraft legends deluxe code.

    Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



    - Make sure your console is connected to the internet and you are signed in with the same account that redeemed the code.

    - Go to Settings > Account > Manage subscriptions and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is listed there. If not, try redeeming the code again or contact us for further assistance.

    - Go to My games & apps > See all > Manage game and add-ons and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is installed. If not, select it and install it.

    - Launch the game and go to the Marketplace tab. Select the Minecraft legends deluxe pack and press A to download it.

    - Restart the game and check if you can access the skins.

    Missing doctor who skin pack

    Some Minecraft skins cannot be transferred from Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. The Doctor Who Skin pack might be one of those packs.

    I checked online, it turns out skin packs released before September 5, 2014
    can be transferred over. Any packs released after that date cannot, and you would have to purchase those packs again on the Xbox One.
