    A year or two ago I bought city skylines on xbox on another account. Since then I have moved onto PC and now use a different account. Is it possible to transfer the game from my old account to my new one, and then is it possible for me to additionally
    transfer it so I can play it on PC?

    It's not possible to transfer ownership of games between accounts. You would also need to purchase the PC version in order to play on the PC. The Xbox version will only work on the Xbox.

    What a bunch of bull. I do not wanna spend extra money on the game but just for transferring the game onto pc?? Tough luck dude. They could have be aware of the people that bought the version on xbox so they can freely transfer it to pc.
