Can I track when my console is

I apologize but there is no option to track a stolen Xbox console.

You'll need the serial number which can be found by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices so you can give it to the police.

That's the same thing that happens to me. My console freezes when I try to play that track. If I can manage to get the disk to read that is.

No, it doesn't track when a game was uninstalled from the console.

You can always re-install from the "Ready to Install" area in My Games & Apps.

That number is wrong on mine.

This is interesting, my number is not correct either. \however when the family Gold pack was created i used that for a while. maybe that's the problem, Maybe the number only tracks individual years of Gold?

either that or when I switched consoles the number stopped tracking.

I already had it. It was stolen from my house. And when I talked to MSFT they said that they couldn't track it, at least that was what the support representative said. Could you link where MSFT can track it and I can forward that to the detective.
