    Why can i not reach assistance?

    I have been trying for days to get my xbox 1x live account reinstated. I filled out form last week and know reply. I open up new account and it did the same thing after one day. I just bought this xbox1 x to play with my son due to Corona. This is terrible
    disappointing and has wasted many hours of time. All I wanted to do was keep my son occupied as he lives 5 hours away and I can see him yet.

    Complain? I thought this was a place to ask legit questions. If there were someone responding to calls or chats, or given call backs, there would be no reason to.

    Folks, this is not a place to complain. At present, COVID-19 is having an impact on regular services, so patience would be appreciated. If there is anything we in the forums can do to help, please let us know,
    alternatively search the Xbox Support articles over at xbox.com.

    Please also be aware, that there were several news outlets posting that internet services in general, were being used a LOT more than they were before - here is the
