Can I switch Xbox consoles between family members?

They can simply sign out and sign in on each Xbox console, you got nothing to worry about with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since they have already redeemed it under their own account.

Gold is tied to the account. Unfortunately you can't transfer gold between accounts. If the account that has the gold is a member of your family then you can setup that console as their home console and you can share live.

The Family Pack was removed from the 360, this is true. With the Xbox One console, a gold membership can be shared throughout any family member on the console.

If you are staying with the 360, keep your eyes out for deals. Quite often stores have the gold membership cards on sale for between $30-40 per card.

Licenses are not transferable between accounts, but you can download both accounts on the console and the game will work with both profiles. Both profiles on the console must be connected. Not forgetting that you can use the

family settings to add members.

If you're the primary member of a family plan you can transfer points to other members of the plan. Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts.
