I want to switch my gamertag from one live account to another. I saw how to do this using an xbox

However, I don't have an xbox and use the gamertag for windows games only. How can I switch my gamertag to a different microsoft live account without an xbox?

I can see the credits have been added to my XBox Live Rewards account not the Microsoft Rewards account. I assume these will be moved over on switch day?

Sorry to say but that's not possible :c

"WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

In this case you may need to use a different PSN account and link it to a new Microsoft account :c

Hi there,

there are a few requirements before you can move/switch the account

- You can only move/switch once every 30 days

- You can only move/switch the account when it has been on a console for at least 30 days, without it being downloaded etc.
