Can I submit another request if the previous one was denied?

I made a request for a refund of in game currency because I purchased it on the wrong account. I sent a request to get the item refunded, but it was denied. Is there any way I can submit another request under the same issue?

Well i was banned because I violated TOS but it doesn’t say what I did and I did request a unban but it was denied and it won’t let me submit another one
