Can I still use make a new xbox account after one was permanently suspended?

Sadly you got my hopes up. My xbox account is still suspended along with my xbox series x.

My original problem/question still stands. Below is my original question

If you are referring to a new account instead, you can make a new account on a different console to play Xbox Live games.

I also was banned from live in which I was sent an e mail stating I was suspended rather then banned and when they asked me for information to help my case this is what they sent me (Thank you for utilizing our Case Review appeals system to learn more about this account’s suspension.

Several days later they sent me this e mail.

This account was suspended for harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. Harassment encompasses a number of situations, including, but not limited to

Again it’s stating I’m suspended when there’s a big difference between being suspended and being banned. After I e mailed the safety team numerous times I never got a response from them and I don’t know why. Most horrible customer service experience I have ever received or been through.

Is your console suspended also ?

If it's an account ban you just make.a new account. on the console just don't use it to.avoid the suspension

Games.and.doc.downloaded on the other profile is forfeit you can't download the games but you can still use the content on your drive unless you were gamesharing with someone else

What you will need to do here is to create a new email for the new account and a new Gamertag. Both the previous ones cannot be used anymore. Rest assured that there won't be any suspensions with the new console and the new account. It won't follow the new accounts.
