Can I still play online or not while ur communication banned just wondering?

It told me not to join multiplayer games on the picture I posted it hasn’t really told me if I have to completely stop playing online games i was confused with that

If you are only banned from communications, then you should still be able to play online.

It true that with a communications suspension you can still play game only but just not communicate. But there is one little catch with some games, if the game requires communications capabilities to play then a comm ban will prevent you from playing that
game on line. This is probably the case with FIFA 18.

Yes i can understand, but it's only this online mode, all other i can just not communicate or activate the microphone but i can play online... Why is it not the same with FIFA? I just find it wieird, But if it's like this we can do nothing ?

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

The two suspensions are not likely related. All complaints are investigated before being acted on. It is likely that you received the comm ban from one complaint, then received the account suspension for a completely different complaint. It takes time for
the enforcement team to be certain that a complaint is correct.

The thing is that I was able to get banned just for communication, so I should get banned for communication, but not for online games ... While playing online I did not do anything wrong ... And it is harming me and incomprehensible ... All the more so because
I spent money on it to play online, and now it was prevented me ...
