    I bought my first xbox one upgrading from an xbox 360. I was super excited about about the sales at the Microsoft store.

    I had already ordered it so couldn't put in the promo code and I completely met all requirements so I am super frustrated. Is there anyway to get this credit? You can only qualify once so once I use my XBOX One I no longer qualify.

    Can I still get an Xbox One?

    The Xbox One was discontinued around the time the S was release. So it would be kind of hit or miss if you can find one. All versions of the One work the same way though so you wouldn't be missing anything.

    Normally when a product is discontinued, isn't a store supposed to take it off the shelves? I've been to a walmart recently where they were still selling quite a few original Xbox Ones.

    No need to worry! That code is just to waive the cost of expedited shipping. We just got a new batch of console orders in today, and I see that you were included! You should see the Credits pending in a few days, if not by tomorrow!

    I didn't hand over any login they hacked me by asking for my Minecraft ign and my email address to verify to join the server and i got a 2 step verification code from Microsoft saying to verify from the thing

    i put in the code next thing ik someone's logged on to my account how was I supposed to know that the hypixel bot was fake when it had a verified tick on it

    While we have seen some users with this error receive sporadic deposits, it does not look like our other team has provided a full resolution for this issue. We have not received an update from this team on when this resolution will be completed. Apologies
    for the inconvenience. When they provide their fix for this issue, your deposits should continue as normal.

    I have the same issue, Been sitting on Credit, bought some stuff...

    No option to charge the Microsoft Credit presents itself, Card gets charged instead.

    Remove Credit card from file, try to purchase something with existing credit...

    Can not do as there are apparently no payment options on file...
