    Can I still get my F1 2021 and Braking Point icon pack bundle despite upgrading after preorder


    Hi. I pre-ordered F1 2021 (due to come out on the 13th of July - Deluxe) and as a bonus I got an icon pack exclusive through said preorder on my Xbox One S on Monday.

    Today I upgraded my console from said Xbox to the Series X.

    I pre-installed the said game onto the Series X, can I get my icon pack back?

    I looked, f1 2021 is not listed there. However I have played f1 2021 for 2 years. I have proof of game shots (just to note). I would like to get this game back I have vast amounts of data.

    If you're asking if the xbox one version of F1 2020 will be playable on Series X | S yes it will work, while if you're asking if there will be a specific upgrade for next gen consoles Codemaster didn't communicate anything about it...so it is possible
    that f1 2021 will be the first real next gen game.

    We are having the same exact issue on my son's XBOX Series X and the F1 2021 game. We ran thru the steps above and still get the same error. Any other ideas?
