Can I still get my controller replaced or repaired?

The right bumper on my Xbox Design Lab controller no longer provides a response when pressed and feels loose. I tried to register the device while I knew it was under warranty to repair it but I kept getting an error message and to try again later. Nothing I tried let me register the device and I couldn't find an option to speak with someone to fix the issue and now I'm outside my warranty with a faulty controller. Is there anything I can do?

As it is out of warranty, you can take it to an authorized repair shop, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange it due to the warranty.

If it is out of warranty, you can pay for a repair/replacement from the same website.

This sounds like a fault with the controller and something that would need to be repaired.

If the controller is still under warranty Microsoft are always great at getting things repaired/replaced ( in my experience)

Typically when a controller get stick drift the best thing to do is replace the controller.
