    As the title says, could I still carry on with my game progress without the saved data being accessed eg if its been deleted ?

    Question about uninstalling games

    If I uninstall games from my hard drive, will everything get deleted including the saved files? I want to uninstall some games from my hard drive but I still want the saved files just in case I decide to install those games again and not start all over from the beginning. Is it possible to do that?

    Apps not loading

    contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

    to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
    clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

    Save Problem

    I've deleted my files on the hard drive and even deleted the game and cleared the cache, yet I still get the message.

    I reset my pc. I can download one other game. I reformatted the external drive and reset my pc but chose to reinstall Windows from my hard drive. I don't know if that formats the hard drive but I did chose the option of deleting all my files and keeping nothing. Still having the same problem.

    game files saving to "documents" folder in OneDrive. Why and if I try to delete it from there will it delete my whole game

    but when i deleted those files my entire progress got deleted , though the main files are still in c drive some files automatically save in onne drive and if i de;ete it my character , progress in game gets deleted theres nothing i can do

    Thank you for your response i still couldn't sign in so i've decided to uninstall the game for now but when i clicked on uninstall in Xbox App, my hard drive still uses the space as if the game was still installed, i tried to access the WindowsApps folder and managed to open access to the folder but after that i still couldn't delete the files because it says the files are still opened in the system?

    Could you help me on this, i would really like to clear the game files from my hard drive, its very weird that it doesnt fully uninstall the game.
