    I understand it can be frustrating not being able to recover your account even after using all available online resources. I recommend trying the following steps to get in touch with Xbox Customer Support, as they are best equipped to further investigate and assist with your account issue.

    Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Recovery> Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

    when i get to this screen it takes me to my current account and the second option won't work at all as there is just a blank screen is there no physical number to use for support on account recovery
