Can i some get my 10,000 points deposited in my account on or bf the 12th?

I really need that extra 10 bucks so i can be able to buy Kingdom Come Deliverance AND be able to pay for a month of XBOX Live. I unfortunately am short on cash and having them points now will enable me to get both. However, recently 12,000 points was already
put into my account around the Feb 6th which was around the same time I cashed in 500 gems for the 10,000 points so i'm guessing that 10,000 wont be deposited till the end of the month. If it were just me i'd let my live go for a few weeks but I game share
with a family member who plays ESO everyday and not having xbox live for her just can't happen. Thus, I'm 10 bucks short for the game and I'm really bummed because i've wanted it ever since i layed eyes on it 2 yrs ago. Can someone pls help and have my
rewards deposited early. Thx.

Got a Rewards Deposit, doesnt show up on my account.

According to MyRewards 10,000 points were deposited to my account, but I still can’t see the money on my xbox live account. Can you guys help me with that?

Can't Request Deposit of Points

I currently have over 10,000 points that I would like deposited into my account. The points weren't deposited on the 30th as they regularly are and I have no option to request a deposit.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. The next deposit date is scheduled for the 22nd.

From the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

We cannot deposit outside of our scheduled deposit dates.

I deposited 10,000. That’s my problem. The amount deposited was incorrect.

We see a successful deposit of 10,000 Credits (10 USD) into your account on the 12th, as well as a successful deposit of currency into your Microsoft Account of this amount, where they are listed on your commerce page (https://www.commerce.microsoft.com/)
as a refund with a negative amount. However, if you believe that these funds are not there, you will unfortunately have to reach out to Xbox Billing Support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) for more information. Once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any
control over them.
