Can i replace controller

I just bought the Xbox Series S and its really good but the controller is bad. The A button gets stuck many times when i press it so if i press it a lot of times i cant play and it makes a big clicking sound. Can i return it?

You should try to replace it, thats not normal to happen. Try to see it in the store, if it is in return time or in warranty.

you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Is it a standard controller or an Elite controller?

If it’s standard you’ll have to replace the controller unfortunately. If it’s an elite you can get it serviced or replaced if it’s still under warranty.

I would like to get this controller repaired but I can only find ways to get a replacement. This is a xbox design lab controller so idk if they're gonna replace it, plus the serial number didnt show up when I punched it in. Is there an easier way to get a replacement or a fix for this elite series 2 controller?
