    So i asking this because I have said some stuff that is very very wrong and it makes me sick that i have done that stuff so i would like to remove the bans from my account. my last ban has been like 9 months ago since i last got banned

    Any enforcement action you've have stays on your account record permanently & can not be removed i'm afraid.

    If you have a current enforcement action on your account you would need to go to the enforcement site HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    I have added it in the past, but the Xbox that is connected with that account is fine too, it just wasn't plugged in at the time of the event. But arent console and account bans separate, since the reason for my account ban was on a completely separate device.

    you can remove your payment options, not sure why they need that other than refunding the money. I simply removed the agreement from PayPal, got my refund from them and then removed all payment methods from my account. My account investigation still took
    only 22 days and they had no problems completing it.
