Can I remove my Xbox live account without deleting any content from it?

It was an Xbox live account so I had an email attached to it. I removed it by clicking ,,remove profile and items", so now I shouldn't lost anything from my account only from the console. Am I right?

I like to add that this is only possible when the profile on the Xbox 360 is a Xbox account, if the profile is an offline profile (so not attached to an email (Microsoft Account/ Xbox Account) then removing the account will result in permanently losing that profile and access to any save games attached to it.

If you don’t want to delete any associated data with the account/profile, be sure to select Delete profile only, then all your saved games and achievements won’t be affected.

Marcell, You can withdraw the account from the console, and the account will not lose any content. Because everything is linked to the account profile.

But the console will lose access to all the content they have in that account.

If you selected the option to remove the profile and items, then all your saved games and achievements would also be deleted from your console as explained in the support guide shared above.

There’s unfortunately no way to recover lost data on an Xbox 360, unless it was backed up to another storage device or saved to the cloud. So any offline data that wasn’t saved elsewhere is permanently deleted. You can still reinstall your Xbox profile at anytime, though.
