    Hi, I'm wondering if I can rejoin and get my Xbox ambassador badge back, I was rank two. The reason it was taken away is because Microsoft banned me for making a looking for group post that was requiring people to understand the mechanic for a destiny raid. I'm really upset because I love being a positive member of this community and following the rules, I was banned 6 months ago for a profile violation even though it's been a default Master Chief gamerpic for over a year. I really hope I can get my rank because I genuinely like to follow the Xbox community guidelines. If I need to send proof, I have my ban details in a screenshot.

    If you were able to submit a case review and the enforcement team lifted the suspension, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to rejoin. Otherwise, you would not be eligible to rejoin per the terms of the program.

    Hello again DeadKillers. Xbox LIVE Ambassadors are not Microsoft employees. Yes I am apart of the Xbox LIVE Ambassadors program, you can tell by my badge, but we do not "work" for Microsoft. More of a volunteer program. :)

    Issue with joining ambassadors

    The club is not the same as the program and anyone can join that, Ambassadors and non-Ambassadors. As far as the program, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff.

    Can I reapply for the ambassador program

    You'll need to wait for a response from Ambassador staff through the email or try emailing them again. If you were removed due to an enforcement action, you would not be eligible to rejoin unless you submitted a case review and it was successful. If that was the case, staff will have to add you back. If you were unable to submit a review or the enforcement team upheld their decision, you would not be eligible to rejoin the program.
