    Can I regift a digital gift card?


    I bought a digital gift card not realising it can only be used on the email/account it has been send to (we have an account on this email but no one uses it)

    I’ve been trying for days to contact Xbox and not managed. Can the voucher be sent to another Xbox account?

    No, that's not possible, but if you intend by buy a game with it, then use the account to purchase the game as a gift using the buy as gift option. That way you will still be able to purchase the game you want and give it to the account you want to play the game on.

    Once redeemed nothing can be regifted even prepaid cards

    Unfortunately, lost gift cars are lost forever. Turn10 does not regift cars for any reason.
