    Can I refund or exchange this game?


    I have a game, Ark: suvival evolved, it gets stuck on a specific loading screen which makes the game unplayable and wondering if iand i know it been years since ive got it. I read the reviews on the xbox page and realized alot of other people have the same problem. I was wondering if i could get a refund or Ark: survival ascended which is the newest one.

    Since it would be well over the 14 days return period, it would not be eligible for a refund. And there's no way to exchange a game.
