Can I refund a preoder that I made on September 2024 and got billed today for it?

Hello. Nathan Roberts. I have received the email confirming the purchase of the preoder. And can I not use the receipt to refund the preorder? Cause like I said I cannot do it through the refund web.

Hello. Nathan Roberts. I have already done that multiple times but haven’t been able to do anything due to not appearing in the refund tab. Reason why I’m trying to get someone like yourself to see if a refund can be done manually and not by the Microsoft website.

All refund requests need to be submitted through the refund request option here: Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support

Please sign into your Microsoft account. You may be able to see monster hunter wilds premium deluxe edition on the list of orders submitted. You will be able to follow the instructions to request a refund.

Unfortunetally, all refund requests must go through the refund site. This way it can be reviewed by the refund team. If it is not dispaying on the orders page, and you have signed into the correct account, then sadly you are unable to request a refund.
