can I refund a game that I already tried and failed

Yes it is very weird and the game I tried to refund says "refund failed" it does not say refunded. I noticed that a while ago and just waited if it will fix it self but it didnt and got an email saying my refund was denied. When I checked my xbox library the game I tried refunding was not there anymore and went to the store there it was saying I have to buy it again

I tried that already but they said “Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding.” Is there anything I can do?

If you are not receiving a reply regarding your refund enquiry then I suggest you contact Support directly via call/chat. You can do this by visiting https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/ by following the steps that relate to your issue.

Sadly, waiting on an email can be quite frustrating, and unfortunately, Support can be quite busy when it comes to responding to emails. Therefore, it is best to contact them via the method I suggested.
