Can I redeem and use in game CD-key without having the game?

It is not been redeemed but I bought it from Gamestop and they do not refund DLC

If The code is not been redeemed then you can apply for a refund, other than that you’re stuck. Codes cannot be exchanged for other platforms.

Sorry, there's really nothing we can personally do to help you with this. You purchased a used game, and more than likely the person that gave it to the Salvation Army store was getting rid of it without knowing that someone else won't be able to use it without
a valid CD key.

The only way you'll be able to play this game is if you purchase it new and with a CD key that isn't used. There's no way to use a CD key that has already been used (which is probably why it wasn't included in the used copy of the game). You can try to return
it to the store where you purchased it from and explain the situation to them.

You mean CD-keys? yea some have, but not all. One of the few is/was Blizzard.

Also it isn't just Blizzard, almost any game with an online component uses the CD-Key as an online pass of sorts. In that you may be able to play offline but you can't connect to the multiplayer without a genuine cd-key. To site a game as an example, Call
of Duty: Black Ops requires a genuine CD-Key to let you play online.
