Can I recover the account of someone deceased?

He's not the original owner who died

You don't you need to have the og info about the account you would.have to fill out the recovery form but unless you know the key info it won't work

Sorry for your loss in these trying times I know it can be difficult in handling etc for a deceased member. Here is a link you can follow. Once this is done an agent can transfer rights to you etc for billing if you prefer. Adding the profiles for your
