Can I recover an old account by proving my identity

I'm afraid this form is the only method for account recovery. My best advice is to try to retrieve the email you used. You can try the recovery form as many times as you wish.

Thank you for your reply, Kyle! Unfortunately, the link you've given me requires knowing what the email was for the account, so I don't think I'll be able to recover it this way. Do you know of any other methods I could try?

Somehow or another you are gonna have to figure out what email you used.

If you ever had a skype profile or phone number attached to your account then you can use your skype username or phone number instead but if all you had was the email then you cant recover the account without knowing what the email was.

I once had this problem, you just have to find the corresponding email to that gamertag, mine was a very old email i haven't used in ages. It'll lead you to either a recovery as you stated, or you can contact support and they should be able to assist you
with the process as long as you can prove the identity
