    Can I recover a permantly banned Xbox


    My Xbox and Xbox account was permantly banned for no reason I believe. I’ve had my Xbox and Xbox account for many years and to see it all go away is very frustrating, especially knowing I didn’t do anything to cause this. Is there a way I can reach the enforcement team so I can resolve this issue. I’ve called Microsoft many times and they didn’t do much to help me. They also denied my appeal to unban me which like I said I believe was without any cause.

    Console bans cannot be reversed. Submitting an appeal is the only possible way to have an account unbanned. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    So my Xbox and account that I spent thousands of dollars on and that I had for YEARS, just gets permanently banned for no reason and now there is absolutely no way for me to reach out for an enforcement team member?

    Per the terms you agreed to when you signed up, you forfeit anything you have on an account when you are banned. You would have to purchase it on your new account if you want to play it again.

    What is considered to be "offensive language"?

    Everything you have mentioned may be considered offensive language and end up getting you banned or suspended permantly from xbox live.
